your child claim your property if your property is coparcenary property if because in coparcenary property child is right by birth but if your property is not coparcenary property than your child cannot claim any share in your property

no one can take decision on the child rights even if mother had signed an agreement with you that she will not claim any property on behalf of a son even then the son on attaining the majority has right to claim the ancestral property. there is only one legal solution for it you can consult by coming at office or through phone.

hello Manveer in both wife and husband took a divorce mutually through a court. In divorce statement if you said that after divorce my wife and child have no right to my moveable or immoveable property because I had paid a lump sum amount in a court for wife and child . so child after 18 year cannot claim a father property even movable and immovable. can you send a copy of divorce? I can give a perfect answer.
