Sir, a person falsely filed a criminal case against me. The witnesses stated they had no knowledge of the incident, yet the police falsely wrote a charge sheet against me. Q: False case and decree based upon wrong claim by employee

An employee of our working as a teacher working as a part time basis , filed a suit citing he has worked as clerk and was not paid full dues .and he became successful in getting decree ( suit filed almost 10 yrs ago ) . Now we found a video which shows him teaching in class . How can we proceed against him .

Making false allegations against someone is considered a punishable offence as per the law in force in India.The High Court has the authority to quash a false complaint filed against you, so you can file a petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 to do so.

Q: Wrongfully charged with 354ipc

I was injured by sharp weapon and then I filled a case under section 324 and 334 in August 2021. But I received a call from police in December 2021 and then they told me there is a case against me under section 354 which was filed in September 2021 , 15 days after my FIR . But there was silence after that and now again I received a call from new incharge warning me to get bail or they will arrest me. I am falsely implicated.pls help.

Whoever assaults or uses criminal force to any woman, intending to outrage or knowing it to be likely that he will there by outrage her modesty1, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which shall not be less than one year but which may extend to five years, and shall also be liable to fine

Divorce by panchayat is not valid and is not legal. the governement departments therefore shall not recognise your divorce through panchayat. Best way is go for divorce by mutual consent from the court and also convince your Ex-wife for this. You and your Ex-wife shall be benefitted for the future.
