I was injured by sharp weapon and then I filled a case under section 324 and 334 in August 2021. But I received a call from police in December 2021 and then they told me there is a case against me under section 354 which was filed in September 2021 , 15 days after my FIR . But there was silence after that and now again I received a call from new incharge warning me to get bail or they will arrest me. I am falsely implicated.pls help.

Divorce by panchayat is not valid and is not legal. the governement departments therefore shall not recognise your divorce through panchayat. Best way is go for divorce by mutual consent from the court and also convince your Ex-wife for this. You and your Ex-wife shall be benefitted for the future.

Hi..my brother in law married a girl with whom he had a love marriage after meetin her during covid time... He is a simple person and before marriage the girl asked him for financial help of 1 lakh which he gave to the girl... Just 20 days before marriage the boys father had a stroke and got paralysed...
