Review / Revision petition on the order passed in IA filed

Family court ordered cost Rs. 5000 allowing set aside petition u/r Order 9 rule 7 in divorce case in Hindu marriage Act set aside petition filed within 30 days from the date of the exparte order. Can I file review petition or revision petition to reduce cost as I am jobless .Which court I have to file revision petition?
you have to contact a good Advocate to contest the case at high court of Madras by way of filing CMAA . most jobless persons only browsing the web without approach the advocates. try to avoid these in future
