Review application time spent is excluded in Appeal or not?

09-Apr-2023 (In Divorce Law)

if family court passed order on 01.03.2022 and given 1 months to compliance and we filed review application in the same court on 11.03.2022 and court has rejected review application on 24.03.2022. my question is that this period (11.03.2022 to 24.03.2022) will be excluded for filing the appeal to high court or not?

when you are not satisfied the order passed by the family court. you can file an appeal in High Court against that order with stay application for stay the proceeding of family court . there is 30 days of limitation for filing the appeal . the limitation period begins the date of order and the certified copy of that order delivered to you by coping section. for better relief there is only one option that is high court.

Hello... Dear Sir/Madam As per Limitation Act, 1963, that period will not be excluded from the prescribed period...You need to do it faster or you can go with an application of condonation of delay under Section 5 of the Limitation Act further...Like you have a eligible point to be delayed so the court will consider this point and will allow you the relief...in the interest of justice...So basically you have an option for filing in High Court... What is passed application ? You could be explained all details in my what’s up and its possible you could be appeal in high court but you could be explain in what is court rejected review details.
