Responding to Query 146928 in regards to my ex husband refusing to pay

18-Feb-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Hello, Thank you for your response to my question about my ex husband and sharing my children's savings accounts with him. He still will not pay me for the $1200 in childcare expenses. Should I file a complaint against him in court for refusing to pay me? Thank you so much.

If your husband neglect to pay maintenance in respect of your child then you have all rights to file a case of maintenance against your husband and as per the direction of the hon'ble court he will have to pay the maintenance as ordered by the court. you can file an execution for recovery of dues of maintenance

You should go with contempt. He is in contempt by not complying with the court’s order. For which he may have to face the consequences from the court.

Yes you can move an application. And the court will surely grant you relief.

yes you well can file a court case against execution of orders of maintenance against your husband. I remind you to please consult with a prudent and experienced Advocate in this regard. You can get a regular maintenance through court only which you plesse note.
