if you have no capacity to hire any advocate then you first go to your councillor and get an income certificate from the councillor and then you go to your concern court and there you first go to SDLC or DLSA ie legal aid and talk to the person in department and show such income certificate and fill up the paper which they will give you

hi, you should aporoach to the local police station firstly and have to mention the same before them and then you can go to the local court there in the legal aid section you can talk or else you can file a apolication in the district legal forum and they can arrange a lawyer for you.
