Regarding the Separation with mutual consent from both side.

24-Aug-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Hi Team, My name is Akansha and I am from Delhi. Me and my husband are not in a healthy relationship and we are looking to get separated. However, we don’t have the marriage certificate. Legally we want to get separated and all I want from him is the financial support of 6000 INR in relation to the loan we took at the time of our marriage. I am also looking forward for something which states that it should not matter to him wherever I stay and work and the same goes for him. Kindly advise regarding this situation. Thanks Akansha 9560673457

by reading your query it appears that there is marital discord between you and your husband make it clear whether you want diverse or both of you want divert from each other the amount of 6000 is not clear what you want to say also make it clear are you working for a housewife whether your husband is working or not getting mutual divorce is very e convenient as amended by the supreme court judgement it can be e achieved by first motion itself and there is no need to appear again if the court is of the opinion after reading the affidavit of both the party along with the application that husband and wife separately making statement on affidavit that both of them want to to get diverse and no more interested in controlling in marital relationship I hope it has helped you else you can contact again

I have perused the contents of your query and would advise you to seek a detailed consultancy from a lawyer having expertise in matrimonial cases. You can avail a legal remedy of filing a judicial separation under the Hindu Marriage Act.b

hello ma'am, I went through your query. if you both are agreed for a mutual consent divorce, their would be no issues. the clauses would be only as per your convenience. the marriage certificate is not mandatory instead you can also give marriage card and photographs as a proof of marriage
