Regarding my recent marriage fraud.

Meri wife ka physicatrical disorder pahele se tha . (Marriage ke 4month) Hue hai . Unlog ne batya nahi tha . Aur wo ab jabran mere ghar me rah rahi hai . Bolti divorce de denge lekin rahnge ye hii and sucide ka bhi threat deti hai . Kaise aage proceed kare . Ye annulment or fraud ka case bhi to ban sakta hai ??

hello, at first for ur safety u can lodge a GDE to the nearest police station, later may u proceed for case or petition, u can file contested divorce proceedings or u can file complaint case. For any further discussion kindly contact me

ji ha, first of all ek complaint Karna chahiye apko, nearest PS me, and then you have to file for divorce. Or agar before marriage ki koyi Dr. reports apke pass hai to usko complaint me samil kijiye. yeh complaint kisi Advocate ke through hi likhwaye.

Apke pass mental bimari ka evidence rhna chahiye. Prescription, dawai ye sab. Zabardasti aap unko ghar se nikal nahi sakte. Unka ilaaj karwaiye, Prescription, dawai dijiye, Prescription, medicine bill ke copy, record mein rakkhiye. Doctor history check karenge, ye sab baatchit record kijiyega. Saboot ikattha hone ke baad lawyer ka help lijiye. Mansik sthiti zaada kharab hone pe aap unko as a guardian mental hospital me admit Kar sakte hain. Hadbadi mat kijiye, aram se aage badiye. Kyun ki aapke sasuralwale apke upar na mental harassment case Kar sakte hai. Sharda vs. Dharmpal (2003) case ekbar pad lijiyega. Ab jaake aap fraud case kar sakte ho. Sasuraal Walo ki against. Court aapki shaadi ko nullify Kar sakte hai. This is an overall guideline. Lawyer consult karke aage badiyega.
