Q: can we beat police in self defence if I get physically assaulted ?
The law and order in Kolkata is deteriorating day by day and the Kolkata Police are responsible for this. If any police officer physically assualts physically assaults me can I hit back with equal force in self defence.

yes, definitely you can. but then, the police officer will file a complaint against you that you hit an on duty police officer..... it is a crime. in the courtroom you can't prove that the police officer was physically assaulted you first...that is the scene...
Q: CRR notice to OPcould not be sent

firstly, you didn't mention that you are a husband or wife.... whatever it is... send another summon in his/her work place/ office /business address. She/he will definitely receive. if not, make a newspaper publication. CPC guided us of this type of problem.
Q: My wife filed divorce case but still not received any summons
My wife filed a divorce case in siliguri court and i have not received any summons yet. I am presently living in Kathmandu . I messaged my wife in what's app to send me a petiotion copy . I checked it online as the case was filed on 26rd march and appearance date is on 23rd june. And my wife has not send any reply in what's app. And i even don't know if she has filed any complaints or FIR in police station.I got married on 8th feb 2014 and have a son of 10 yeras which is with him.

1st thing is that, do you want to give her divorce? if yes, then appear in the court... whatever the situation is, give your appearance and get divorce. but if you don't want... then wait.... court will re issue the summons,.... and your wife's Advocate also sends you another summon....

ji ha, first of all ek complaint Karna chahiye apko, nearest PS me, and then you have to file for divorce. Or agar before marriage ki koyi Dr. reports apke pass hai to usko complaint me samil kijiye. yeh complaint kisi Advocate ke through hi likhwaye.
