How can I get fast divorce from husband along with a fat alimony.

This is not the right platform where I can give you the exact advice as such can be misused. Try to go for mutual separation, on condition of giving you the alimony you desire. In case husband hurts you, shouts on you - go and file domestic violence complaint in police station.

Q: Regarding my recent marriage fraud.

Meri wife ka physicatrical disorder pahele se tha . (Marriage ke 4month) Hue hai . Unlog ne batya nahi tha . Aur wo ab jabran mere ghar me rah rahi hai . Apke pass mental bimari ka evidence rhna chahiye. Prescription, dawai ye sab. Zabardasti aap unko ghar se nikal nahi sakte. Unka ilaaj karwaiye, Prescription, dawai dijiye, Prescription, medicine bill ke copy, record mein rakkhiye. Doctor history check karenge, ye sab baatchit record kijiyega. Saboot ikattha hone ke baad lawyer ka help lijiye. Mansik sthiti zaada kharab hone pe aap unko as a guardian mental hospital me admit Kar sakte hain. Hadbadi mat kijiye, aram se aage badiye. Kyun ki aapke sasuralwale apke upar na mental harassment case Kar sakte hai. Sharda vs. Dharmpal (2003) case ekbar pad lijiyega. Ab jaake aap fraud case kar sakte ho. Sasuraal Walo ki against. Q: Order of maintenance is pending

My Dv & Maintenance case is filed in the year Jan 2024 , but till date there is no such action found either from court or lawyer end towards any order is am having a 2yrs child for which I have claimed maintenance only..unable to understand through what process court works or is there any requirement to change the lawyer

First hearing shouldn't have such delay. Check case status @ecourtservice. This again may not be updated. Address this issue immediately to the lawyer. He has all the details on hearing. If he doesn't cooperate, take a second opinion.

Hi team,On aug 2024 i filed a case at police station for recovery of streedhan,then on November 2024 police went to in law home and I got few articles back but many valuable items are still with in laws which I have not received. How can I get my streedhan back for remaining items . Please suggest.

Question is not clear. However, file a civil suit against husband U/ Hindu Marriage Act, Succession act to recover full streedhan at once. This process involves many things which a professional can guide you. If you get order in your favor, police will go and seize all streedhan. You need to keep the items in mind, a rough idea.

I have received Pre Cognizance Summon u/s 25 Payment & Settlement Act 2007 by Meyropoltan Magistrate Court Kolkata, do I have to appear in person or an advocate can represent me for the hearing. I m jobless and reside in another state which is 1200 kms from Kolkata

Suggest to appear in first hearing along with your lawyer just to show your face. Ask lawyer to let Judge aware of that for job seeking you are staying far away from city. You can't bear transport cost.
