regarding marriage and other expenses

Dear Sir/Mam, Dear sir/madam, I got married on 08/06/2015. she left home 2017 March almost 2Y over, We have 3y baby now. I have sent legal notcie and explained all dispute happened in leagal notice and aksed her to come and join with me. I got the replay from her with all false allegation me and my mother,sister,and also she mentioned she will not coming back to my home. She has mentioned marriage expenses 5L,Gold(40GM.) Gold already i have returned long back.My wife is working as FDA cleark in Governement sector as government employee. I am working as Software engineer. Now unmaaried sister is studying, my father is no more, i only main resource to my family, I have few query, on which divorce case i can put into court? Is it mandotary to return all maariage expenses? how much amont i can pay to my baby?
