Regarding jurisdiction while filing for divorce

Hi sir can a wife file a Divorce petition from any where. If she belongs to one district she can file a Divorce from another district which belongs to same state..she got separated with me from one month she can file or not?

Yes she can file by showing her proof of resident and pleadings in her case that she have no other option ,
filing a suit against you but before that if you want to save your self from the case or do not want to give divorce take legal action to get her back or else you proceed instead of her.

Even if she belongs to one district, she can file divorce petition from another district which belongs to the same state provided she should be showing valid residential address of her place of living in the court at the time of filing the petition.
