Regarding Divorce from My wife.. as she have epilepsy problem ...what

I have recently married 3 month ago .. I got to knew now my wife has epilepsy before marriage and she on Treatment.. but they hide this information from me . Seizure activitie coming again.. I want to divorce..
U can file divorce on the grounds of fraud committed with u by ur wife and her family members . Although under Hindu marriage act within 1 year one cannot file for divorce but if there are exceptions such as ur case then court allows to file and contest the same .U proceed for seeking declaration of ur marriage as null and void .Contqct me for help.

epilepsy hona apne aap mein divorce ka ground nahi hai. However, agar shaadi se pehle wife aur uske parivaar ne jaanbujhkar is gambhir medical condition aur chal rahe treatment ki jankari chhupayi ho, aur aap yeh sabit kar saken ki yeh tathya aapko pata hota to aap shaadi ke liye sahmat nahi hote, to aap fraud/concealment of material facts ke aadhar par kanooni upay vichar kar sakte hain. Iske liye medical records, treatment history aur concealment se sambandhit saboot mahatvapurn honge. You can file a divorce against her on ground that her family hide this information from you and your family intentionally.
You can also file a complaint against them.
Going through this will help you, if they file for maintenance case against you.
