आर्य समाज मंदिर से विवाह करने के बाद आप सीधे नगर निगम या नगर पंचायत से आपकी शादी का सर्टिफिकेट बनवा सकते है। आर्य समाज से शादी करने के उपरांत पुनः कोर्ट मैरिज की कोई जरूरत नहीं रहती है। अगर विवाद की स्तिथि रहती है तो आप न्यायालय से सुरक्षा भी माँग सकते है। न्यायालय से सुरक्षा मिलने के बाद लड़की के पुलिस थाने में बयान भी हो जाएँगे। हिंदू रीति रिवाज से की गई शादी मान्य है।

मेरे पिता का निधन 2013 में और माँ का 2011 में हुआ था, लेकिन घर अभी भी मेरे स्वर्गीय पिता के नाम पर है। ऐसी स्थिति में, क्या परिवार का कोई सदस्य घर के एक हिस्से पर ताला लगा सकता है? हम दो भाई थे, लेकिन मेरे छोटे भाई का निधन 31.12.2025 को हो गया और अब तक कोई बंटवारानामा (partition deed) नहीं बना है; अब उनकी विधवा ने घर के एक हिस्से पर ताला लगा दिया है। इसलिए मैं जानना चाहता हूँ कि क्या उन्हें घर के एक हिस्से पर ताला लगाने का अधिकार है? इसके लिए क्या कानूनी प्रक्रियाएँ हैं?

चुकी आपके माता पिता का निधन पूर्व में ही हो गया है तो उनके नाम की सभी प्रॉपर्टी पर आपका नाम चड़वाने के लिए पहले आपको नामन्त्रण करवाना होगा उसके बाद ही उस मकान या विवादित प्रॉपर्टी पर आपका नाम आयेगा। उसके बाद अगर आपके भाई की विधवा ने उस मकान पर बिना बटवारे के आपकी बिना सहमति के ताला लगा कर कब्जा कर लिया है तो आप इसके विरुद्ध न्यायालय में जा सकते है।

आपके नाना जी की जमीन पर आपकी माँ का पूर्ण अधिकार है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के कितने ही मामलो में यह स्पष्ट बताया गया गया है की किसी भी व्यक्ति के जमीन ज़्यादत पर उसकी बेटी का भी बराबर अधिकार होता है। इस ही आधार पर आप अपने नाना जी की जमीन पर अधिकार या हक मागने के लिए सिविल न्यायालय में केस फाइल कर सकते है। अगर उस जमीन का कब्जा आपके नाना जी के भाइयो के पास है तो आप उस स्तिथि में भी उनसे कब्जा पुनः प्राप्त कर सकते हो न्यायालय में कब्जा प्राप्त करने का केस लगा कर।

I have recently married 3 month ago .. I got to knew now my wife has epilepsy before marriage and she on Treatment.. but they hide this information from me . Seizure activitie coming again.. I want to divorce..

You can file a divorce against her on ground that her family hide this information from you and your family intentionally. You can also file a complaint against them. Going through this will help you, if they file for maintenance case against you. Remember to collect all the medical document of treatment, which can be used as evidence in future.

Q: Can i file a case against my boyfriend for not marrying ?

M in relationship with a guy from last one and half year and he proposed me for marriage now he refuse to marry because his parents are not agree and they marry him somewhere else and done his engagement and he said he did not do marriage against his 8. I want to complaint but don't want to involve my parents, can i file a case against my boyfriend for cheating ?

Yes you can file a case against him. You have a right to file a case against him under sec 69 of Bhartiya Nyaya sanhita 2023. Section 69 of the BNS specifies that if someone makes a promise to marry without genuine intent and engages in sexual activity as a result, they could be sentenced to up to 10 years in prison.But before filing the case remember to consult to advocate because your complaint shall be made properly.
