Q: Can I File for Annulment of my Marriage?

I am a Muslim. At the time of marriage, we asked them for divorce paper and her parents had told us they have the papers in court/will get from court and provide us.My Nikah took place in 2017 but since then we've asked them many times but they are not providing the same.They tell us that her divorce happened over a stamp paper between parties but that stamp paper too they are not showing us.Can I file for annulment of the marriage as she doesn't have a valid divorce paper?

निश्चित थी अगर आपके पत्नी पूर्व में शादीशुदा है एवं उसका कानून तलाक नहीं हुआ है तो आप भी उनसे अपनी शादी खत्म कर सकते हैं साथ ही आप उनके खिलाफ कानून दावा लगा सकते हैं। आप चाहे तो उन्हें लीगल नोटिस के माध्यम से भी सचेत कर सकते हैं कि वह आपको आपकी पत्नी के तलाक के कागज उपलब्ध करवाए नहीं तो आप आपकी पत्नी को तलाक दे देंगे।

Q: Harrasment from wife against me and my family members

After just one month of marriage, my wife began to abuse me and even threatened to commit suicide. She would make false excuses about being ill, trying to manipulate me into coming home. There were frequent fights, even overnight, where she would provoke me to hurt herself, banging her head on walls. I suspect she has a psychological problem, but she refused treatment, saying I would divorce her for it. One time, she even threatened to hang herself if I didn't return home from my election duty.

Q: Fraud reporting against the online fraud happened with me

Facing legal issues with a banking fraud happened with me a person asked me to provide my bank account on rent and give him access so he will pay me however due to financial crunch I agreed and given him access but soon my account got frozen due to cyber crime complaints against the transaction made through this account so now I don't understand what to do

नमस्ते, 1. अगर आप घर छोड़के जाती है तो वे आपके खिलाफ कुछ विशेष नहीं कर सकते, अधिकतम आपको वापस लाने के लिए sec. 9 आवेदन लगाएंगे जिससे आपको कोई खासी समस्या नहीं है। 2. अगर आपका आपके ससुराल वालो से कोई विवाद नहीं है तो आप अपने पति को सचाई बता कर डाइवोर्स लगा सकती है।
