Q: Living a boy threatening my family.

A 25 years boy is living in my house and he is just using my all home facility not giving any rupee and threaten my family members and he has totally hypnotize my Wife for his own illegal benefits when I say to my Wife get out this boy from my house but she acts like his layer not to do so.i don't know how are they tuning but this is unacceptable for a kind father for my little child.i think he is a psycho and has done many crimes which is so punishable but my Wife is standing with her defender.

Q: Builder is not providing documents

We are buying readymade home from builder in bhopal.he took token money and first cheque total worth 10,51000rs and showed only registry paper Xerox,mutation application Xerox,non encumbrance affidavit and khasra Xerox and said these are the only papers that's it.Gehukheda kolar bhopal is address of property we r buying.he said no rera n tncp required and also said that u have to pay 32 lakh price as black and white money .what to do? Plz let us know
