03-Dec-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I got married on 27/05/2018 in a temple in the presence of my family members but bride's family members not attended. Our marriage is not been registered yet. Now my wife wants to be separated and asking divorce because she doesn't want any disturbance in future from my side after she got married with other person. Is our marriage valuable? can we be separated without applying for divorce?

as per the contents you have stated you have file a case for divorce because getting married in a mandir and having a proof of marriage would not be possible. you can file a mutual consent divorce. You can contact me through app where in I can help you .

I have perused the contents of your query and would advise you to file a divorce petition by way of mutual consent under section 13 B of the Hindu Marriage Act and seek divorce. Without seeking divorce one cannot marry again as per law in India.
