Regarding divorce and Maintace allowance of my baby

I have submitted Petion to court on April.... We have done 6months period..... Again judge call me on November 8th to put a both signatures.... In that time.... Can I ask maintance allowance to my baby (6years )...or she will get any properties??? After my divorce
What petition you submitted court not mentioned clearly. We presume that it is mutual divorce. If it is so before 2nd motion you can file petition for Maintenance for you and your baby too. In First petition these two points might have mentioned and probably you agreed for no maintenance will be claimed by you. So, better check your petition copy.
