normally as you need a divorce it is better you also apply for maintenance and permanent alimony and costs of legal fees and expenses, as you are a mother you can get maintenance and you can also apply for maintenance simantenously. you may have to pay the advocate fees and expenses for filing petition by approaching an appropriate lawyer as per your budget.
