recovery warrant (RW) on crpc 125

Wife filed a maintenance case against me and achieved interim maintenance order showing as untrained and unemployed but confessed her employment and MBA degree in divorce case but didn't tell employer's location. I regularly requested court to provide her income tax return, income from her properties which she is also hiding. court did not help me and passed a recovery warrant. what should I do to get her income tax return and income from properties for court trail and to protect myself from RW

first of all you should challenge the recovery order before the Hon'ble High Court and thereafter you can request the court and raise your plea which is against her and in your favour. The Hon'ble High Court may consider your plea and may grant you interim relief.

Dear Sir Please disclose your location. Further As per direction of the supreme court your wife is required to furnish details on Affidavit You can ask Court to direct the opposite party for the filling of ITR ,

Ask court to get proper rajnesh neha affidavit, raise objection to it, file interogatories against it. And further challenge that order. Infact you can file 340 crpc against her by showing the contradiction between two cases
