Our neighbors are constructing some sort of factory and we share a wall. Because of their construction our 60 ft shared wall is completely damp which is not only costing us for repair, but also out newly wardrobe wooden construction is ruined. My grandfather had 7 children, and he passed away in 2004. He has 1 residential and 2 commercial property in ghaziabad. Out of 7 children 4 are passed away. Now one grand son has locked a commercial property and few part of residential one. They don't want any sattlement, no one is living in residential property and similar for commercial, they are locked. I want my father portion in the property. What is the procedure. Or even if sattlement is not possible I am ok if court seize all properties so that no one can use. Is it possible.
