Q: Neighbors construction causing problems to our household

Our neighbors are constructing some sort of factory and we share a wall. Because of their construction our 60 ft shared wall is completely damp which is not only costing us for repair, but also out newly wardrobe wooden construction is ruined. On top of this we are getting quite sick (repeated infections and breathing problems) for path 3-4 months. We tried to have a word but they ignore as is. Now they are constructing their bathroom which is going to be another leaking source and causing dampness to our side. Please suggest.
