Q: How the property will be divided after the owner is deceased

Hi,We were a family of 4 (Father, Mother, Daughter and myself (son)). A property was purchased in the name of my mother in year 1990. My sister got married and after the passing of my mother, my father wants to re-marry. How the property will be divided even he remarries?

Q: map not approved for commercial property

i am buying a commercial property constructed in basement of approved real estate project whose residential properties have approved map but not commercial property . Will this cause any legal issues ?

Q: recovery warrant (RW) on crpc 125

Wife filed a maintenance case against me and achieved interim maintenance order showing as untrained and unemployed but confessed her employment and MBA degree in divorce case but didn't tell employer's location. I regularly requested court to provide her income tax return, income from her properties which she is also hiding. court did not help me and passed a recovery warrant. what should I do to get her income tax return and income from properties for court trail and to protect myself from RW

Q: Neighbors construction causing problems to our household

Our neighbors are constructing some sort of factory and we share a wall. Because of their construction our 60 ft shared wall is completely damp which is not only costing us for repair, but also out newly wardrobe wooden construction is ruined. On top of this we are getting quite sick (repeated infections and breathing problems) for path 3-4 months. We tried to have a word but they ignore as is. Now they are constructing their bathroom which is going to be another leaking source and causing dampness to our side. Please suggest.
