Recovery of stridhan to file 406IPC
12-Mar-2025 (In Divorce Law)
Respondent has not returned my Stridhan after divorce.
I have sent legal notice also filed a police complaint, police given endorsement to file a case in court.
So I decided to file a Criminal Breach of trust .
madam you can file a petition under domestic violence act in court for return of your stridhan as there is a provision under the domestic violence act, so engage a lawyer and file a petition for return of stridhan.

When you got divorce? if it was through a legal battle what you mentional there about Stridhana ? What was his reply to your police case ? Has he denied it. ? Filing breach of Trust is not a suitable solution.
