He filed 9B case against me.. I dont wnna divorce but he nd his family torture me... Wt should i do... I v a baby boy 6 mnth old wt should I do. Plz hlp. Wt rply I should given to him
on the abovementioned query if your husband filed section 9 Hindu marriage act then you can file maintenance under section 125 cr.p.c. in the concerned family court and a domestic violence case in the concerned court .

dear client don't worry. he is not going to get divorce so easily. but only the you to take up up and defend your case. first of all you have to file a case for interim maitainance in same family court in which he filed divorce . you will start getting maitainance before divorce case is taken up. for more brief u may call me in case of need.

you should file written statement and also file application under section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act for expenses for litigation and maintenance during pendency of the case. you can also file petition under 125 crpc for maintenance of herself and your son. for detailed information and advice you can contact me
