Promised me for marriage but cheated me

Hello this guy promised me that he will marry. Me and did physical contact then now he escaped and he is trying to marry someone and is sending rape and life threatening messages and we went to his house for solution he and his mom physically attacked us and hit me. Please let me know if I can log a case against him ?

Immediately, You may login and lodge complaint but online complaints may not be taken so seriously. Better visit police station physically or someone to the police station with all the required photographs and other documents and see that such proposed marriage is stopped.
