Processing of garnishee from indian court to USA company / spouse

Please let know, as per my previous question, the EP praying for arrest feom USA, i filed got rejected under S39(4) cpc. now i would like to know is the garnishee Order can be processed from indian court to the spouse's company in USA.
no it can not be done. the legislation at USA and INDIA are different. the petition was already rejected under CPC 539(4) it cannot be further moved. the only thing is the person can be forcibly bring to india or his property at india can be executed
