Good morning, once the mutual divorce petition filed in the court 6 months cooling period will happen after the 6 months of period divorce will be granted. There are list of documents which you have to submit to the court for evidence. see you need to enter into an MOU with your spouse and then file the case in the local limits of ur area. as per act it's 6months and 6 months waiting period can be waived by filing a separate petition as per family courts act.

hi inorder to file for mutual divorce the couple should be stay apart for atleast 6 months or one year and usually it takes minimum period of 6 months to complete the entire divorce ptocess and both parties need to attend court

hello, min to max 5 to 6months or if any urgency it may end soon also as per your urgency and other then as per court process 5/6months in family court jurisdiction and as per hindu law min 2 year separation required as per law
