For transferring gold to a spouse, you may execute a gift deed to legally transfer ownership, ensuring clarity and avoiding future disputes. If the transfer is part of a divorce settlement, it can be included in a mutual settlement agreement or court order.

Before giving any article to your spouse you need to prepare a settlement agreement or MoU, wherein you will mention about the articles and any other clause you wish to be mentioned in that agreement and the same is to be notarized by the concerned person.
