Q: How to stop Abusive neighbour in Building

There is a lady neighbour in our building who has been creating a ruckus for no reason for the past 3-4 months. She obstructs the entry of other neighbors, domestic helpers living in the same building and abuses people in the building without any logical reason. Whenever we try to stop her, she threatens to implicate us in false cases. We have also complained to the local police, but they said it is a personal matter. Hence, i would like to know the legal remedies available to stop her activity

Advocate Gurpreet Kaur answered
You can initiate with the legal notice and if she did not stop then we can file a suit for injunction before the concerned court. Its a civil dispute that's why the police official did not take the necessary steps. So as discussed above if you require any further assistance please feel free to contact further.

Q: Questions regarding CRPC & chargesheet

On complaint of my neighbour police filed a FIR against a man. And she put my name as eyewitness without my consent in Chargesheet & IO wrote my false statement in Chargesheet without my consent & my presence to help complainant illegally. Now what actions I can take against the IO & complainant??

Advocate Gurpreet Kaur answered
If you have not witnessed anything with respect to the matter of the Complainant then you can also file a complaint against the Complainant. However, you do not need to do so as the Court will issue summons for your presence in this matter then you can also apprise the court that you have not been involved in this matter and you have not witnessed anything. The copy of the complaint can be filed before the court, when you receive the summons.
