Firstly you must claim maintenance from him if you are not earning equal to him . Secondly allegations are meaningless untill you can prove them. Thirdly it is well within your right to claim whatever was given to your husband or your in laws at the time of your marriage and also later on . You can submit all your claims through written statement if he has already filed divorce against you and also if ots not in the same city you have the leverage to get it transferred to the place you are currently rrdiding at .
Look our courts are court are court of record. What ever we allege we should have document to prove it.if their is no document then we should have photos and witness to support our case.As far as your husband's case of marrige never consummated is a fact between you two.Although living together is never denied for long period of time. The claim of your husband not living in his house can be demolished by your lawyer.
You may file a complaint against him and his parents in CAW cell. Also file a written complainant in your local police station and try to get a receiving of the same, you can sent it via speed post or registered A.D. as well. On next hearing ask your counsel to attach the copy of the report and file it before the court. The probation officer will record your statement and submit a report before the court in given time. Meanwhile the police will act on your complaint and initiate an investigation, it will help your case. You should ask your counsel to draft a well written reply to all the allegations denying it para wise. The court may acting on its discretion may issue warrants against your husband and in laws and summon them to appear before the court for further proceedings.
