Procedure to file for divorce as husband already married thrice before

My sister was married 3yrs ago and later she got to know he had done three marriages prior to her and he is muslim and she is punjabi , he got converted into hindu to get married to her . I want to know is there a way out this marriage can end legally soon because her parents dont wanna wait for divorce or null or void case as shes getting older . Her parents have done fraud case and dowry case on him and he never appears in the court and last time he has applied for bail which got rejected . Please advice me on this how can she be legally free and get married soon , so that in future her ex husband doesnt interfre in her life and please mutual divorce is not an option in this case. Its already been 3yrs they both are not in contact with eachother .
Your sister was married legally and probably marriage was also registered by you, in order to nullify those documents u had to either file divorce case or a case of getting the marriage nullify by declaring it as void.

It’s said that your sister went through since she was cheated and that you are aware that he has 3 wives and a Muslim and after proving the same we can approach the family court for seeking divorce on these grounds and also had you taken actions 2 years ago this marriage could be nullified and now you have lots of grounds for divorce change of religion, desertion, cruelty etc and you have strong case

you herself is saying that you don't want to approach the court of law. It is really surprising that without approaching approaching the competent court you want the assistance of court.
