Hello every one mere shadi ko 5 sal ho Gaye hai mein aur mere wife 2 months se alag rah rahe Hai kya hum mutual divorce le sakte hai kyuki Yeh bolte hai ki mutual divorce ke liye ek sal alag rahna parta hai please guide Kare.

no sir you can move forward with the proceedings it's not an issue ..it only takes 1.5 months for mutual divorce ..there is no hassle in this case of any kind..u can resolve this case with less hassle .

Yes you can go ahead with the mutual consent divorce as it is less time consuming and gets concluded smoothly. So far as 1 year separation is concerned, it is mandatory but you can go ahead. You may contact for further assistance

1 year of non-cohabitation is required to file for a divorce. You may live in the same property and still live in different rooms. Yes, it's possible if you wish to move towards a mutual divorce. Please mention in the petition that your marriage has irretrievably broken down and the differences are such that it won't be reasonable to go on inhabiting together.

Hello. Mutual divorce ke liye aapko proof dikhana hoga ki aap husband wife jaise nahi reh rahe ho 1 saal se so agar woh aap dikha sakte hai toh possible hai. also reconciliation possible nahi hai aur abhi currently aap alag reh rahe ho woh bhi dikhana hoga. Kindly contact for further information.
