You may file a complaint against your husband before the CAW CELL secondly file a case for maintenance before the court or file a csae for domestic violence as well before the competent court jurisdiction and you cal also file for the maintainance of your kids aswell in the court

Being a legally wedded wife, you have all the rights available to Indian Married Women against her husband,
For, ecomincal abuseb or maintenance, you can file a case before case. You can also file a case before crime against Women cell againat your husband and his family.

Hi, Reading your lines its clear that you are going through a stress face of life but don't worry there is a morning every after the night. Now you are married for last 17 years, definitely you are emotionally attached with your husband and his family Your children are the priorities for you. I would never suggest you to part the ways but I would advice to do the best efforts to reconcile all the things. Please contact a lawyer of your choice and file a petition under Domestic Violence Act. This will give you protection both financially and physical. secondly under Domestic Violence Act, you can get protection from dispossession from your home. Do not waste time and file police complaint and the petition under Domestic Violence Act.
