Q: What to do if college is not refunding fees ?

I am a student. i paid fees to the institution for English speaking. I dont want to continue with that institute because of poor quality of education they are providing. In the receipt it is mentioned that No refund in any circumstance. Is it possible to get the refund of my fees. in such condition are fees refundable ?

In this issue, definitely you may go to a consumer court with relevant proofs and evidences which shows the poor quality of education against the institute. Consult a lawyer who would be helpful to you draft a proper case.

Q: can wife claim mother in law property

after my father death my wife has rights my mother property or not because i apply divorce she harassment me and my family and fake police report , can my wife claim my parents property ?

Hi, these days ratio of people misusing the law is increasing day by day. But that doesn't mean they would be successful. Ultimately in these battle the truth is always win. Now come to the point of your doubts. Your wife has all right into your assets whether moveable or non moveable. But she can't claim the property which is owned by your mother. Q: Complaint against the class teacher for beating up the child

my daughter is beaten by class teacher very hard in front of whole class now she is crying continuously. she is in 12th class. what to do. i want to take strict action .please suggest.

Q: Advice in case landlord harassing and increasing rent unnecessarily.

i have rented a room in Ashok vihar, delhi. 2 beds are allocated in my room and landlady charges rs. 3750 per bed and whenever a peraon leaves the room she forces me to pay rs. 5000 as a rent. And whenever i tell her that you charge against bed or room she gets on top of me and says, if u have to live u will have to pay rs. 5000 and because of this she harasses me and badmouth about me everywhere and because of these all things i can't focus on my preparation for civil services. What should i do.?

Hello, I am well understanding your matter. You are correct at your point that if you have rented an accommodation for Re 3750 then the owner can never force you to pay extra amount. I advice you to meet with an advocate with the necessary documents like rent agreement etc so that he or she may assist you. Hello, I have never noticed such thing that it is important to shut the court before 4 PM on Mondays and Fridays. Generally the working hours for court is 10 AM to 5 PM. The court staff has to be prepared for other's day activity which they generally does in the last hour of working.Regards
