My husband and my mom in law was torchured me,my husband started ignoring me and he cut all the relation with me ,he was going out of station for days without telling and torchured me for 8 months then my parents came to convince him and in the mean while he took his mom to other place so that my parents can't talk to her ,my parents tried to convince him for 2 months but he was telling my dad to apply for mutual divorce your daughter will get a good guy n don't file complaint against me orherwise I will put wrong allocation on her and after that I left the house with my parents and then we filed fir against him ,mom in law and sis in law then he came in mediation and told the mediator that I don't have issue in keeping her ,she can come n live,so my question is what steps can I take now in case I go back to be safe and so that I will be treated with respect or can I ask for divorce now as many people saying if I ask now they will be left giving you less alimony,kindly clarify on this?
