On going 125 crpc cross examination

Wife left in 2016 n filed 125 in 2023. In affidavit she told I sexually harassed her for 3 years and she has injury mark of physical torture. And still she didn't file any complaint. Also she told she is not working. But I submitted photos of her as a teacher in school. Can I file forgery case against her for all above? If yes then when and if it has any drawback?
She has filed maintenance case against. Even if you filed forgery case also you have to pay the maintenance to your wife. You have not taken any steps after she left from you till she filed the maintenance case. If you need any advice please contact me

Dear Sir,
You cannot file any forgery case as it is premature since 125 proceedings are pending. You may try for filing perjury case for false evidence rendered by your wife. Get summon salary certificate of your wife from the school and thus try to avoid payment of maintenance to her if required you may file Divorce case to avoid payment of maintenance.
