Not willing to marry after promising to get married

10-Jul-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My boyfriend agreed to marry me. Now he is not willing to marry me. He made me wait for one year to convince his parents. We both are of the same religion and community. Now is there a way I can charge a complaint on him ?
