Needs advice for case transfer

01-Mar-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Hello, My husband has filed the divorce case in June 2021. In return, I have avail for sending summons related to dowry and physical harrasment. But this process is taking too much of legal time after having 200 and 202 statement. Still the court order is pending. Now I want to transfer the case filed by my husband to my city (within the state). So what's the procedure? Will this be fine or can I do something else?

as you mentioned that you have file a case of dowry and physical Harassment against your husband which is now fore the statement 200 and 202 crpc and your husband also file a divorce case against you and you want to transfer the divorce case done by your husband to yourself if you reside in the same district where both the cases are going on the you have to apply for transfer of case in the district court and if you both husband and wife have different district then you have to go to the highcourt in which state

For transfer of case from any court to the court of your home town within jurisdiction of same high court, you have to file a transfer petition in high court. if you want to transfer this case which is pending in any court out side the jurisdiction of high court then in that case you have to file transfer petition in Supreme Court. you can call me without any hesitation for further information and clarification.
