Well, if you are a Hindu and want to seek mutual Divorce, then, there needs to be no physical relationship between a Husband and his Wife for a year atleast in order to be eligible to apply for Mutual Consent Divorce!

Well, in order to seek Mutual Consent Divorce, you need to remain separated from your Partner for atleast a year, which means, there need to be no physical relationship between the two of you for a year at least, in order to be eligible to file a Mutual Divorce.
