lived together for six months. Need mutual consent divorce but she is mot rady to go to court

after going show the distances I am of the opinion that you should immediately proceed towards serving a very strong legal notice upon your wife calling upon her to to proceed for filing the mutual consent divorce before the appropriate family could otherwise the contested divorce will be the only option left for you in order to get separated legally from your wife for more details and precise guidance on your metric you may contact me for the same

Hi in this case you can get your wife for counselling by filling mutual consent divorce wherein the counselor will make her understand everything about divorce by mutual consent divorce you can also consult is before going to court if there any prejudices regarding courts

then you go for contested divorce against your wife coz without going to court it is not possible and also without having a separation of 1 year you cannot take divorce under the mutual consent divorce

Hi , As per law your have wait for 1 yr as physical seperation for obtaining mutual consent divorce. at present, your wife can start living seperately and after one year from seperation date you can file divorce petition

1)but wife ki consent he kya divorce dena chahti he? to court jana hi padega court ki kuch karvahi hoti he procedure se jana hi padega. .. 2) cruelty k ground per lena padega .aisa ground jo genuine he us k basis per court jaiye. thank you
