Need information on marriage annulment

Hi, I am Vikas from Mumbai, married Ananya under Hindu Marriage Law. After marriage found that she is suffering from schizhophrenia before marriage and was taking medicine and schizophrenia is incurable. Her parents not ready for mutual divorce and forcing me to accept and tolerate her with the illness. So, I filed case for marriage annulment to which she filed 498-A and DV against me n parents. Apart from this, (i) Ananya is Pakistani Citizen and she is residing in India on LTV and she has Aadhar Card also. (ii) Her Date of birth in biodata is different(younger) than the date of birth in her Aadhar Card and PAN Card.Above facts hidden before marriage. Queries:- 1.How long does Annulment Case can go? What are the different stages of this Case 2.Facts she had hidden from me :- Can they be helpful to me in annulment 3.How long do I need to pay the Maintenance amount decided by the Court in the DV Case 4. How to resolve all cases quickly Kindly, help me with my above query.

for this you have to approach on the high court regarding the maintenance issue and the your marriage has already void, so for this we have to approach to the high court regarding this issue ki then honorable court has passed in order regarding the void marriage and the maintenance as well

first and foremost you need to file divorce petition all the allegations simultaneously you need to produce all the documents to prove your allegations. Since the said facts where not disclosed to you good ground for divorce

hi to answer your first question it is not possible to determine time required for a contesting petition. second: stages, presentation, summons, counseling, issues, evidence, argument third: file application u/s 482 of crpc for quashing of the complaint
