Need divorce with claim from bride's family due to fraud

Is it possible to file a case of divorce with claim amount from bride's family. Bride's family lied that she doesn't have any health related issues. After marriage it was noticed that she is abnormal as per psychiatrist. Only 3 months happens to marriage. Please suggest the solution.
