Q: How to check if passport is blacklisted or not ?

I want to know if my passport is blacklisted with Indian immigration. how to check passport blacklist? I have been away from India for a long time and returning back; however during this time I had a family issue and an FIR was filed against me in India while I was away. Now that I am returning I need to find out if my passport is black listed so that I can pursue some legal proceedings to avoid any arrest. I am the A1 in the case.

Q: Can i file a defamation case on my girlfriend ?

I took divorce as my girlfriend promised to marry however now she turn back and she dont want to marry me, we had been to many trips together when I was married, after my divorce also we been to Europe trip together, can I file defamation case? i have invested my time, money, and more over i broke up my first marriage because of her,If girl can file a case of cheating on boys who promised to marry and turned back,can i not file a case on her on defamation she played with my feeling emotions, time and money and more over she screwed my marriage with her false promiseEvidence i have is our trip photos our stay and she owe me 5.20 lac rs as she had not yet returned.

Yes you can file a defamation case against your girl friend and also you can file a case against her for recover the money which she owe from you police will arrest her in the matter of cheating on you

Q: My Question Is Related To Section 498a..

Now a days every complaint of a harrassed women is referred to women cell first by the concerned police station...During the mediation process,, maximum husband to escape the clutches of 498 a agrees unwillingly to keep his wife with him..If the harrassed women fears to return to his husband due to his cruelty,or fearing danger for her Life ,*will not 498a be registered against husband as he showed his willingness to keep his wife during meditation?*

Yes, 498A is a right of every women so if she feel that still the husband is same so she can file 498A again with the same process. And if police station is denying to register her complaint she can file case against the police

Q: False marriage promise and breach of promise

Hii My friend was in relationship with a guy from 3 years he first raped my friend then promise to marry her she is of 26 age and boy is of 31 he always insist her to marry him and obtained a consent by giving false marriage promise. When a girl family knows about relationship they called a boy with his family and engagement was fixed after engagement ceremony at the time of fixing date for marriage boy family said they are thinking of this marriage boy is not ready now but her parents convinced them and marriage date was fixed but on that day my friend and his bf fought for this and from that day boy started to avoid a girl and blocked her my friend belongs to poor family and boy is in govt job my friend lodged fir against him and he was prepared with the Bail he got the bail in session court on the fact that my friend wrote that Maine kis faltu se pyar Kiya.judge thought a guy is innocent now tell me what should my friend do she want his Bail to be canceled and he should bepunished

Q: Cancel my admission from college

I am a 2nd yr physiotherapy student.i want to cancel my admission.i want my documents back.what should i do if they ask me to pay full fees for remaining years.College is not having full staff.that is the reason to cancel my admission
