The following is the check list for filing Mutual Divorce under Section 13B of Hindu Marriage Act.Â
Marriage Wedding Card
Marriage photos.
Address Proof of Petitioner No.1 by way of Rent Agreement
Address proof of Petitioner his employer
Address proof of Petitioner No.2 by way of Employment Certificate issued by his employer M/s Sigma Aldrich Chemicals Private Limited, Bengaluru
Copy of Aadhar Card of Petitioner No.1.
Copy of Aadhar Card of Petitioner No.2.
