Need anticipatory bail for 498A

We got married in May 2022, but did not have conjugal bliss.
She went away from home and put 498A case on me, I applied for divorce.
I need anticipatory bail for my situation, what is the consultation fee and anticipatory bail fee for this.
hi first need to see the contents of the complaint given and basis on that you could file quash petition in high court and direct the police to follow and give 41A notice to you and fees would be negotiable

You need not go anticipatory bail on a case like 498-A IPC or Sections under Dowry Prohibition Act.
because, the offences registered under the above sections, the accused will be served with a notice under section 41-A of Cr.P.C. In the above mentioned cases, arrest or remand does not arise.
moreover prior to register a case in such sections, the police gives you a lot of opportunities to get compromise with your wife are for settlements.
my sincere advise to you not go panic and get discuss with your wife in presence of elders and settle the matter amicably.
