You are entitled for 25 percent of total income of your husband multiplied by 20-22 years depending upon your age. It is better for getting divorce through mutual by filing multiple cases and make him to agree for mutual divorce otherwise you have to wait for 3 to 4 years to get divorce.

I understand your questions so you want divorce and alimony right it is depend on your husband earnings what are all surce of income he have that is important. and you are qualified or not are you are working or house wife that is also important so you will file a case at your juridictional district court you will aproch the court if your husband also ready to give mutual divorced you can ask alemoney also how much you want it is depend up on his inteest and earning source is very very important.

without proper information he can't tell how much alimony will be oder and thier is no rule only alimony you end that the end some may give maintenance till wife get remarried or alimony can be rejected if there is no proper proof/ ground for divorce.
alimony will be based one the income and capacity of husband.

you have to provide more details life date of marriage, details of income of husband and wife, details of married life and the reason why you have decided to obtain divorce, further you have to provide all details of assets and liabilities of both after which it is possible to give some advice.
