Need Advice Hindu Marriage Remarriage and Divorce by Registrar

My First Marriage turned in Divorce by Registrar in march 2019 in Gujarat. I met a dentist via shaadi.com. We communicated and discussed lot of things before marriage and we clicked to each other.My parents were not agreed for inter caste marriage. However Her mother forced me and made me so convinced to come at her home and she will take care of everything even if my parents don't agree. I trusted this family and married with him in presence of his relatives in Arya Samaj and later on we registered our marriage in the court in April 2019.After Marriage; My MIL started harassing me by one or other way by saying bad words or doing emotional drama with his son. HUbby threatening me everyday since 2 months that papers are getting ready and once the papers are ready he will send legal notice and says that this is illegal marriage and I am not his legal wife. He also become violent in the argument. Also, He took all of my savings and forced me to take loans and I am paying EMIs.
