Need aadhar cards for sec498A case

My lawyer asking aadhar cards of my family members. My wife filed sec 498 a case 4 months back ir registered and charge sheet opened. Now we are attending next week to the court. My lawyer said it's criminal case they filed. Do we need to submit aadhar cards for appearance? Why?
your lawyer may be asking for ID proof in order to secure bail to all of you. If you all have already obtained bail and trial is commencing next date then Aadhar card will not be necessary .. your family members have a good defence then you can get the case cancelled by going to High Court.

Dear Sir,
Some Judges insist for production of Aadhar cards of Accused persons because some Accused persons are appearing before the Courts for other real Accused persons. There is nothing wrong to hand over xerox copies of such Aadhar Cards to your Lawyer otherwise if you have suspicion about the conduct of your lawyer then just assign the job to some other Advocate.
