Need a Divorce cum Child Custody lawyer

Hi,
I am looking for a lawyer who can help me get divorce and my child custody. I am sharing details in points:
1. I got married in 2006 and i have a 5 years old daughter. It was our love marriage but as soon as we got married things started to change.
2. My husband don't want to give me divorce so it won't be a mutual divorce.
3. I am working in an IT Company and earning quite well.
4. My husband always take money favors from me, this is happening from the starting of the marriage. He never spend on me and my daughter. I am the one who takes care of my child education, medical and other expenses. He never spent even a single penny.
5. Last year i gathered my in laws and my siblings and other family members and described the whole situation in front of them. Our family members gave us some time to reconcile and asked my husband to take care of all the expenses and even give me some money. He said okay in front of everyone but never fulfilled it.
I need legal help on this.

i must say tht its really a very tensionised situation in front of you.
i can assure you that been the mother of the girl child aged 5 years custody will remain with you with out any issues as per laws of the country but we need to go through legal ways to get custody of the child.
as you said your husband do not wish to give you mutual divorce in any condition in tht condition you do not need to get wirried on tht points as i can assure you tht you will get divorce in contested case you will win the case i can assure you.
the other thing you have mentioned here about been a husband he should completely bear the responsibily of his own family and never wish to fullfill his reponsibility been a husband and been a father of the child as well as he is taking money from you on the name of the help in this matter i can assure you he will pay you back all the money which he have taken from you as well as he will compensate you for all the domestic financial voilance he has done on you .
as you mentioned that your family as well as you inlaws family have given you reconcile time. as you have already face a lot os torture in your life due to your husband now you no need to face all these things any more court of law will punish yoir husband and other persons who have tortured you.

You can file the divorce petition on the basis of cruelty committed by your husband on you.
You will get the custody of the child as she is just 5 and a girl child.
However you can claim maintenance for the child.
