Name removal is also equal to wipe off. If during the investigation their names have been removed one need not to worry. If complete charge framing process has been completed and no further objection has been raised then their name will not come. You can contact for further details.

if you want that your FIR or case closed and all proceedings are stop then you need to approach high court for quashing of FIR and stay all proceedings against you. if you satisfy court then surely court can furnish the order for quashed FIR and all proceeding run against you.

DEAR SIR ITS GOOD THATNTHAT POLICE HAS REMOVED THE NAME OF YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS FROM CHARGESHEET. BUT THE RIGHT OF COMPLAIANAT IS STILL OPEN TO MOVE AN APPLICATION FOR REINVESTIGATION. IT IS BETTER TO KEEP SILENT AND MOVE STRATEGICALLY IN YOUR CASE WITH CONSULT OF YOUR LAWYER. THIS WILL HÉLP TO ACHEIVE YOUR OBJECTIVE

If your sister's and mother's names have been removed from the FIR, there are certain circumstances under which their names could be added again: If the police or the court finds new evidence indicating that your sister and mother were involved in the crime, their names can be included again. If new information arises during the investigation, or if the investigation is reopened, their names could be re-added.
