My wife(govt teacher left the home approx 40 days ago without any reason and letting me know of place she has been living, Tried to know the reason and convince her by accepting her conditions if any. but everytime she has denied of saying that there is no reason.By contacting her friends and in result she has made the complaint against me in women helpline stating my act as mental torture. Thru accessing her gmail account I got to know that she has been staying in Lucknow in a rented apartment provided by two of her old colleagues (1 is male and another is a female) and she has celebrated her male colleague b'day by ordering Cake/Gift and Chocolates in same apartment on his name thru ferns & Petals, post which she has filed a complaint against me on 1090 in charge of accessing her gmail account without her consent. Now she has been asking me to sign divorce paper.She has been denying of any affair as his male colleague is married,and accusing me on fault stating my doubtful behaviour.
dear client give your pleading if you want to continue in your relationship and contest this divorce petition as this only ie access to the Gmail account is not the ground for divorce and if you don't want to continue it would be great if you go for mutual divorce but with your conditions for further details do contact us.
