My wife left my home since 3 months and not filing a divorce.

Hello, My name is Vipin. We had a love marriage on 8th May 2017 in front of both of our parents in a temple where we get a certificate not an Arya samaj mandir but a good temple. Now, she left my home on 31st October 2018 and did not came back and living with her family happily and with no tension and posting videos on social app, doing job at night in some events. I just want to know that she has not lodge any complaint or divorce. Do i lodge a police complaint, divorce or get a written agreement from her the she does not want to live with me anymore.
Please suggest

it all depends upon what you want in this situation. Do you want her back in your life or want to take divorce. Because their are separate legal remedies for these two. You make your choice first and then come back for the remedy

Yours has been love marriage, before both parent, now she is not coming back and doing job. Ok, See firstly try to talk and convince her to come back, but before that you must keep recording or text messages of all conversation.
if not coming , then you must send a legal notice to her legally, for which you can contact me for further course of legal action.
